Credit built from your books, not from a loan.
Your PAYDEX score is probably zero. That is fixable — not by borrowing money you do not need, but by making the invoices you already pay count. We open, correct and build your Dun & Bradstreet file so suppliers and lenders read evidence instead of a blank page, backed by the tax and accounting work that makes it hold up.
Remote across the United States. No office visit required.
Fixed price and the Audit Refund Rule are in writing before any paid work begins — see pricing and the terms. Credentials and licence numbers are on the About page. We do not publish a client count we cannot document.
Know where your business stands.
Know what needs attention.
Know what comes next.
One score, five dimensions, and a single prioritised action. Not a wall of data you have to interpret yourself.
- Tax readiness Current
- Financial health Strong
- Business credit Improving
- Compliance Current
- Capital readiness Moderate
Meridian Advisor internal assessment — not a D&B score. A proprietary 0–100 measure of file quality and readiness. Not PAYDEX, not a D&B rating, and not used by any lender.
Verify your current D&B business address
Your state registration and bureau file show different suite numbers. This blocks verification and is the cheapest item on your list.
Complete actionAssess. Improve. Monitor. Capital ready.
Four stages, in order. Each depends on the one before it — building trade references against an unverified file wastes the reporting.
Assess
Your own D&B account, your own D-U-N-S Number, and the file read against your filings — a documented list of what is wrong or inconsistent across your state, IRS, bank and bureau records.
Improve
Factual corrections, legal identity hygiene, payment discipline set against your books, and eligible trade references from vendors you already use.
Monitor
A fresh reading of your file each quarter, set against the last one so what moved is visible and dated, and one prioritised next action rather than a dashboard of noise.
Capital ready
A lender package assembled from the same books and returns we prepared, with an honest read on what you can borrow today.
How Meridian Advisor works.
The same four stages, if you would rather watch than read.
No sound required. Captions on by default.
Software reads. People decide.
Meridian Credit Intelligence compares records, finds inconsistencies, drafts correction requests and turns a file review into a 30/60/90-day plan. It is fast, thorough and tireless, and it is where most of the value comes from.
It does not sign your return, decide your eligibility, or send anything to a bureau or a lender on its own. A qualified professional reviews every recommendation that carries consequences, and anything the system is unsure of is escalated to a person by design.
Your data is minimised before any automated processing. Your tax return is never sent to a language model; your own credit report is, only if you choose to paste it instead of typing the figures, and only after the account and identification numbers in it are stripped out. Every recommendation carries its sources.
Straight answers.
Is business credit the same as my personal credit?
No. A commercial file sits with bureaus such as Dun & Bradstreet and is keyed to the business, not to a Social Security number. Strengthening it does not change your personal credit. Most small-business lending still requires a personal guarantee, and we say so before you spend a year expecting otherwise.
Can you guarantee a PAYDEX of 80, or funding?
No, and nobody can. Dun & Bradstreet calculates its scores from data vendors report, and lenders decide on their own criteria. What we control is whether your file is accurate, complete and supported by real payment behaviour.
Do I have to use all three services?
No. Most companies enter through one. They connect because the same numbers appear in all three, and a lender compares them.
What does the first conversation cost?
Nothing. The assessment ends with a written view of where your business stands and whether we can help. If the answer is no, you will hear that.
Taxes are only the beginning.
Build stronger financials. Strengthen business credit. Prepare for capital.
